RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please refer to our size chart to ensure you order the correct size, in exceptional circumstances should your order not fit well, we are more than happy to offer an exchange in size or store credit. We do not offer returns or exchanges on made to measure pieces.  We will not allow exchange more than once.
In order to qualify for an exchange please ensure your product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and are not damaged or marked. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. 

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing contact@avyaana.com with your order number and the reason for exchange.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem.
